Why Attend This Course?
The focus is on practical aspects of epidemiology and biostatistics as relevant to scientific enquiry. Hands-on training in R and SPSS to enable trainees to perform and interpret analysis of data relevant to these study designs. Highlights include sessions on causal thinking, diagnostic accuracy, and descriptive and analytical designs. Based on feedback, we have incorporated sessions on qualitative and participatory methods as well.
Hands-On Sessions
Move beyond theory. Our curriculum heavily emphasizes software sessions including R, SPSS, and Epi Info.

The course is held at CHTC, Bagayam. Surrounded by lush greenery, the center provides a tranquil and focused environment for intensive statistical learning.
Participant Accommodation
Shared accommodation is available at the CHTC Guest House for the duration of the course. Please note there are no single occupancy or non-AC rooms available.
